Created in 2015, the Halle Asset
Management Consortium cvba (HAMCO) is a registered
company located in Belgium. It aims to manage the assets and the financial capital
of small non-profit organisations and small foundations. By
bringing together these organisations and these foundations and
especially their financial assets, several type of asset
management like real estate investments or better financial
conditions become possible allowing more growth and increasing
the possibilities of support by these organisations and
foundations. By doing so, HAMCO aims to ensure a financial win-win
situation for all shareholders by promoting inclusion and
solidarity. By optimizing the assets of its shareholders, it
actively supports their philanthropic goals. Joining the group of the actual shareholders is possible for organisations and foundations that comply to specific rules related to the size, the aim (preferably closely related to philanthropy) and the activities of the candidate shareholders.
